Starting this company on his own, he has grown it to be a premier consulting business with international clients. He is a sought-after speaker and is very active in many of the company’s key client accounts.
Tim McGrath
General Manager, Fusion Performance Consulting
Tim has had over 20 years experience in the Automotive Industry, from automotive technician (passenger & light diesel), to workshop management and Management in After Sales Operations with three Vehicle Manufacturers and Importers.
Tim ran his own consulting business for five years, specializing in Fixed Operations and Management Consulting. By joining Fusion Business Solutions, has helped the company expand services and clients. His hands-on approach, back by extensive experience in the field, facilitate strong participation and create the conduit for real change in the workplace.
Des Young
Management Consultant – Melbourne
Des has extensive national and international management consulting experience. He is a CPA who managed many consulting projects for General Motors in Australia, Asia and the Middle-East. He ran the performance consulting division for BDO Australia before joining Fusion Business Solutions. He is a highly experienced in-business consultant and has considerable expertise in running Dealer Performance Groups.
Robert Katern
Training Manager – Adelaide
Robert is one of the company’s most senior training consultant, with over ten years experience in the delivery of local and national training, particularly in Vehicle Sales and New Product Release training. His high energy and participative approach ensure participants and clients get practical solutions and customer sensitive selling strategies for a modern market.
Edward Fang-Hua
Country Manager – Shanghai
Edward joined Fusion Business Solutions in July 2006. Edward began his career in engineering and progressed to sales and sales support for a global automotive consulting company. He moved into sales training after more than 1000 delivery days in sales process, product training and sales management training for two international training organisations. With over ten years of sales training experience in the automotive industry in China, Edward has had substantial experience in the roles of training coordinator, trainer, master trainer, SME (subject matter expert) and team leader. Clients include Aston Martin, Volvo, Shanghai GM, Jinbei GM, SAIC GM Wuling, GM China, Shanghai VW, FAW VW, Chang’an Ford, Dongfeng Nissan, Guangzhou Toyota, DY KIA, Nanjing FIAT and a number of local manufacturers.

Francis joined Fusion Business Solutions in November 2009. Having previously spent more than 8 years with Motor Image Enterprises, the sole distributor for Subaru vehicles in South East Asia, as Deputy General Manager in charge of Sales & Marketing.
Matthew Barry

Matt has diverse experience in the automotive sector. His 16 years in the automotive industry covers almost all facets of Sales, both vehicle and motor cycle, Insurance as well as being at the cutting edge of Internet based sales processes with Auto by Tel. This unique experience adds a new dimension of diversity to the team and again crystalises the connections between departments with integrated strategies to improve sales and profitability. Combining this experience with his highly developed interpersonal skills has seen him already become a valued, and valuable, member of the Group.
