Craig spent 7 years as the Director in charge of Consultancy and Dealer Groups at Deloitte Motor Industry Services and prior to this, 8 years in Sales and Marketing (Dealer Development) with Mitsubishi Motors and Toyota Australia.
Having worked for the majority of brands in Australia, many of the country’s largest Dealer groups and extensively in Asia covering the areas of dealer performance enhancement, market representation, retail strategy development, retail and OEM staff development and industry benchmarking Craig brings a wealth of experience to the team at Fusion and a clear understanding of the challenges on both sides of the wholesale and retail fence.
Craig has regularly presented at AADA conferences, manufacturer events and has spent significant time delivering face-to-face performance consulting to dealers. He is regarded as one of the premier dealer group facilitators and has built a enviable reputation for the delivery of effective performance management solutions for Dealers of all sizes.
